From Regional Roots to
Industry Leader
Qwest Cranes began in 2017 when we acquired a local crane company in Yeppoon, Queensland. What started as a regional operation quickly grew as we recognized the need for reliable, safety-focused crane services across Australia’s mining heartland.
By 2020, we had expanded across Queensland’s key mining regions. A year later, we crossed state lines into Western Australia, establishing operations in Kalgoorlie and Leonora to serve the booming resources sector.
Today, we’re proud to service tier-one clients including Glencore, Coronado, UGL, QAL, Rio Tinto, and IGO. Every customer who has worked with us has continued with Qwest as their preferred provider—a testament to our commitment to excellence.
